Changed your mind. Because each print is made to your specification and clearly personalised, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (reg. 28(1)(b)) does not apply. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected. This is exactly why the approval step exists: you see the finished artwork, to scale and in your chosen frame, before any money moves.

Every artwork is printed on 200gsm enhanced matte fine-art paper and set in a solid wood frame with acrylic glazing and fitted hanging hardware, all assembled and posted from our local printer. Choose from eight frame colours: black, white, natural, brown, dark grey, light grey, gold or silver. Fancy a mount around your print? Add a snow white mount for a wider border and a gallery finish.

Production takes 1–2 business days after you approve your proof, plus 2–3 business days for tracked UK delivery — so allow 3–5 business days door to door.

Email us your order number, refunds will be issued for printing issues and damaged products. We do not offer refunds if you don't like the artwork.
